General information

The Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Systematisation of Posts determines job positions, job descriptions, number of employees, professional qualifications of employees and other conditions that employees must meet.

Depending on the needs of the job, the President of the Court may announce a competition or public advertisement for employment in the court for a fixed or indefinite period.

The announced competition or public advertisement is published publicly through the media.

General conditions for candidates are:

• that he/she is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
• that he/she is of legal age,
• that he/she has the general and health capacity to perform the duties of the position,
• that he/she is worthy of the reputation of a civil servant due to his/her work and personal qualities,
• that he/she has not been convicted of a criminal offence punishable by an unconditional prison sentence of at least six months or for a criminal offence that makes him/her unfit to perform duties in court and
• that he/she meets other requirements established by law, other regulations or the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Systematisation of Posts in the Court.

Special conditions for candidates are:

• to possess an appropriate educational qualification,
• to possess appropriate work experience and
• to have passed a bar or professional examination.

All applications for employment are submitted to office number 211, i.e. the court's admissions office.
